Title Plant Indexing

ProDocs Solutions provides title insurance and related information services required for settlement by the real estate and mortgage industries in the United States and international markets. We help clients create title plants containing information on documents filed in counties in the US. From indexing to retrieval of records of title plant services, we have offered solutions to various title insurance companies across several counties in the US. We have built extensive software, procedures, employee training and monitoring to ensure that plants are built accurately, reliably, and efficiently.

We have built electronic plants from: county official records; lot and tract books; index cards; slip plants; grantor/grantee indices and court filings.

Go-forward Indexing

In our Indexing service offering, we index the documents as per the specification provided by the client. General information indexed includes but not limited to:

Document Number
Recording Date,
Document Type,
Grantor – Grantee Names,
Legal property Description: Lot, Block, Subdivision
Amount
In some cases, addresses etc.
Any additional fields as per the client requirement

Go Forward Indexing contains daily indexing to keep the plants up to date. Turn time is very important for go-forward indexing and we offer 12-24 hour turnaround time to help you keep the daily data certified as early as possible.

Backplant Indexing

Our Back Plant indexing services include the indexing services but for archived or older documents. These typically go back to the 1800’s and a lot of them are cursive and handwritten. With over 15 years of back plant indexing, our processes, people and proprietary technology enable us to offer very high quality data from these older documents. We are proud to have been keying handwritten data for some clients for over a decade. References are available on request.

Annotation

Sometimes multiple documents are scanned into one image or PDF file. ProDocs can help you by separating these individual documents into separate files by our Annotation process.

We import the your criteria for document separation into our workflow and using a combination of OCR technology and human intervention separate the single file into individual documents in the format of your choice

Stapling

For bulk documents where each page is scanned as a separate file, ProDocs’s stapling service can help combine individual pages into one logical document. We import the entire file set into our workflow and using the client’s custom rules define the boundaries (Start and End) of the document and combine(“staple”) specific pages into one document. The end document format is 100% customizable to the client requirement
